Jeff Duran is the principal and senior graphic artist for Duran Design. He was born and raised in the Bay Area and currently resides in San Jose. Since childhood Jeff has been creating, building, restoring, designing and re-designing everything and anything he could get his hands on. Whether it's been architectural, interior, landscape, furniture, mechanical, photographic or graphic, his desire to design and construct has been his reason for being. It's this passion for two and three dimensional design which ultimately shaped his career path, and continues to be his driving force.

In 1993 his career began at C&I Photography in Sunnyvale, California. It was there he discovered his love for photography and digital photo-manipulation. With the support of the staff photographers and digital department he began his training - often at the studio after hours, and on weekends building his photography and digital skills. His knowledge and portfolio grew quickly, and in 1997, he was offered a position of senior graphic designer/digital artist for one of the largest trade show companies in the valley, Professional Exhibits and Graphics. He also created support graphics for their partnered advertising agency, The Focal Group. Jeff's designs were utilized by some of Silicon Valley's largest and most prominent companies from 1997 to 2000.
